Is It For You And Your Baby?


A regulated nervous system means feeling more settled, calmer and sleep coming more easily.

That's why a nervous system reset benefits all babies, toddlers, ànd their parents, and

specifically if one or several of the following is true for you:

1. If you see no clear reason why your baby wakes so often or can't settle well - with help or on their own

2. If your baby is very much a 'go go go' kid, and it feels like they don't have an off switch to relax toward sleep

3. If your baby's had a rough time before because of illness, anything that's caused them pain and/or anxiety and/or digestive discomfort, a difficult birth, any kind of trauma

4. If your baby has never slept well, and nothing you try helps
