Availability for 1:1 Limited spaces for 1:1 consults and support available - contact me firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Live video as well as async email/messaging options available: whichever works best for you 💛
If you don't need 1:1 help right now, I've got the perfect alternative: my Overcome Frequent Waking program (click here to learn all about this program) with direct access to me in my private support group. The program is in fact more complete than the name implies, because it's also got all you need to fix naps, learn to self-settle to sleep, reduce nursing or otherwise holding to sleep, etc.
You'll have instant access to my entire process and techniques, the same we'd otherwise work through together in 1-on-1 sessions. The easy-access program is set up so you effortlessly find your baby's sleep and well-being profile (why she wakes and how to solve that) and get the tailored action plan that makes improving your baby's sleep doable and effective. Without crying.
And as I mentioned above: you get direct access to me in my private support group: I'm on there every day to reply to your questions and help guide you through the entire journey of helping your baby sleep better.
The below concerns 1-to-1 consultations only as and when spaces are available

pleased to tell you that since my last email Zoe has been
